• Infrastructure Services: We use Upstash Redis (upstash.com) for rate-limiting services to prevent system abuse.

These service providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and are prohibited from using your personal information for any purpose other than to provide services for us. All our key third-party providers maintain high security standards, such as SOC 2 compliance.

• Retention: We retain your account information and saved content (like color palettes) for as long as your account is active. If you delete content, it is removed from our active database. Support form messages are processed and not permanently stored. Temporary files, like images uploaded for color extraction, are deleted immediately after processing. You can request the permanent deletion of your entire account and associated data at any time.

You have rights and choices regarding your personal information:

• Access and Correction: You can access and update your account information (name) through the user dashboard provided by Supabase. You can view, manage, and edit your color palettes and other content directly within the Service. For other data access requests, please contact us.
• Deletion: You can delete your saved content (e.g., palettes) through the website interface. To request the complete and permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data, please contact support@huedini.app.
• Opt-Out of Communications: We do not send marketing emails, so there is no need to opt out.
